What Can You Expect?

Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. James 5:14-15 NLT

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:16-18

We rely solely on the power of God for healing through the laying on of hands and we pray that you will be touched in a very powerful way!

Please note that healing can come 2 ways:

1) Instantly

2) Progressively

There is no right or wrong way! We just wanted you to know that if you don’t feel any immediate change it doesn’t mean that nothing has happened. You may begin to recover within hours or days after being prayed for. Don’t allow time to be an enemy. Take each day as a new day and continue to walk by faith for your healing.


Know that IT IS GOD’S WILL for you to receive healing! All throughout the New Testament we see over and over again how Jesus HEALED ALL who came to Him! Not some, or a few here and there BUT ALL! And the Good News is that God has not changed! He is the same, yesterday, today and forever!


God says in His Word that faith without actions is destitute or void of power! So we need to continue to act on what we believe we have received from Him. And one way we can do this is by calling those things that are not as though they were! This isn’t about ‘mind over matter” but about a powerful God-designed way to be able to lay hold of His supernatural Kingdom and seeing His will being done on earth as it is in Heaven.


If your symptoms return or get worse this doesn’t necessarily mean that your sickness has returned or you have not received healing. In John 10:10 Jesus said that there is a thief who comes to lie, cheat, kill and destroy BUT that He (Jesus) had come to give life and life abundantly! That thief has a name and it is Satan. And he does not want you to find that healing or walk in the fullness of it. So once you have received your healing you need to understand that you now need to maintain it. This is a simple process but will take effort on your part as you will have to learn how to recognise, face and overcome any symptom or pressure from the enemy to give up or give in. James 4:6-7 (Amp) says to “submit to God, Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you!” One way we can resist is by speaking God’s Word regarding healing. We also encourage you to meditate on God’s Word regarding healing too.
